Working Procedure
The process flow is:
1. Stamping Workshop
The blade part will be stamping by punching machine according to the specification detailed.
2. Heat Treatment Workshop
Straighten blade then put them into a heat treatment furnace by heating at a high temperature for a long time to sufficiently diffuse internal chemical components. for vacuum nitriding heat treatment of 1050℃-1100℃, followed by low temperature nitriding treatment and performing 200℃-300℃. Because tempering treatment allows the molecules to be aligned and enhance the toughness of the blade.
3. Molding Workshop
First melting the stainless steel 430# material in the melting furnace. The molten stainless steel is poured into the casting model. After cooling it, the handle is then taking the casting model out to be cleaned and then sanded and straightened, and the surface is nitrided to complete the forged handle.
4.Welding workshop
The handle and the blade are placed in the automatic welding machine, and the position is confirmed for welding, finally the basic model of the whole knife is finished.
5. Blade wet burnishing workshop
Carry out the CNC single/double-side oblique grinding of the blade according to the angle of a blade and the data detail and exchange into rubber wheel to burnish the surface. During the process the blade was covered by a film to prevent the blade from being scratched.
6. Polishing workshop
Manually polish the handle after finishing fixing & strengthening the shape of the casting mold of the wood or plastic through using steel nails. To begin with, polishing the welding part then to the bolster part then polishing the knife handle on the accurate position after general grinding. Pulling the blade back and chamfer. Handle body is general polishing with NO.180 sand belt wheel, then using NO.240 belt wheel to be carefully polishing. The handle process is basically completed after re-polishing by using NO.240 sand belt wheel.
7. Sharpening blade edge workshop
The next step is to carry out the wet opening blade treatment of the water grinding disc, then use the wool wheel to pull the sharp edge, remove the surface rags.
8. Cleaning workshop
After finishing all these processes, the knives will be carried to print customized LOGO. Next, we will put the knife into the ultrasonic automatic cleaning machine to ultrasonic cleaning and drying them.
9. Packing Workshop
Put the products on the plastic bag, paper sleeve, color box, outer box, that all the stainless steel knives are finished.

Stamped knives are formed when a hydraulic press or die cuts the blade shape out of a sheet of steel.
This process creates the basic shape of the blade, called a blade blank, which is then ground and honed to give it an edge.
Manufacturing Process
1. Blade blanking
Blade blanks are prepared through precision blanking using high-tonnage stamping machines
2.Heat treatment
The blade undergoes heat treatment to increase hardness and durability
3. Spine grinding
Spine grinding is performed to remove burrs and refine the knife’s contour
4.Handle production
Handle molding is done using injection machines for fast shaping, running in parallel with blade production
5.Water grinding
Initial blade grinding is performed through either single-bevel or double-side grinding, depending on the knife design
6. Edge grinding
Edge grinding is applied to create a sharp and durable cutting edge
7.Polishing
Polishing improves the blade’s finish and look. Common options include mirror, satin, and brushed
8.Blade Cleaning & Quality Inspection
Each knife is thoroughly cleaned and inspected to ensure quality before packingy
9.Testing
Before packaging, blades are randomly tested for sharpness and durability, with an excellent pass rate
